TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

General Provisions

The organizer of the contest “WIN PREMIUM SUNGLASSES” (hereinafter referred to as the prize game) is Blast Tehnik d.o.o., Pod Trško goro 95, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as the organizer). The prize game takes place from July 28, 2023, until August 31, 8. 2023, at 23:30. The prize game is conducted on the social network Linkedin, LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 West Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA or its subsidiaries, not being its sponsor, nor in any way connected to LinkedIn Corporation. The purpose of the prize game is to inform followers and their friends about our offer and distribute some sunglasses with the emblem of the company Blast Tehnik.

Conditions for Participation in the contest

All users of the LinkedIn network who cumulatively meet the following conditions can participate in the prize game:

• They are registered users of LinkedIn.
• They are older than 18 years.
• They are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia with a permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia.
• They accept these terms of participation in the prize game and the rules of the LinkedIn network.

Any purchase of goods or services from the organizer of the prize game is not a condition for participating in the prize game. Employees of Blast Tehnik d.o.o. involved in the execution of the prize game are not eligible to participate. A legal entity cannot be a participant in the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is considered to be informed and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of the prize game (hereinafter: General Terms), which are published on the website https://blasttehnik.com/terms-and-conditions-of-the-contest/

Participation Method

LinkedIn users who wish to participate in the prize game must post the most creative answer (photo and video applications, description, reasons) under the post. The question is as follows:
“Do you have an idea where in the industry you can use the services offered by Blast Tehnik? How can our services help you achieve better results?”

Rules:

After the conclusion of the prize game, the organizer will prepare a final list of all participants who meet the conditions for participating in the prize game. The electronic drawing will take place on September 1, 2023, at the headquarters of the organizer and in the presence of a three-member commission of representatives of the organizer.

The commission consists of:

• Matija Šega,
• Meta Anžiček,
• Matija Šoba.

The organizer reserves the right to permanently exclude participants who do not comply with the rules and conditions of participation from the prize game.

Prizes and Prize Collection

The organizer will award 4 prizes to the winners.
All prizes are of equal value. They are premium handmade sunglasses from a Slovenian manufacturer. The prize recipients will be able to choose from four types of men’s sunglasses:

LASER LOOK (red), DRY ICE LOOK (blue), SAND LOOK (grey) in RUST LOOK (black/brown).

There are also two types of women’s sunglasses: BLAST WOMAN BLACK (black) and BLAST WOMAN BROWN (brown).

The winners will be informed about the prize by commenting under the prize post on the timeline of the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik. The winners will have to provide their personal data (first name and last name, address) to the organizer within 3 days of the prize announcement via a private message on the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik.

If the winners do not provide their personal data within the specified period, it will be considered that they do not want to receive the prize, and they will lose the right to the prize. In such a case, the organizer is released from all obligations to these winners. The organizer may decide whether to award the prize to someone else or not.

The organizer reserves the right not to award the prizes if: – the winners do not meet the conditions for receiving the prize, – there is doubt about the authenticity of the data (fake profile), – the user participated in the game contrary to the rules and conditions of the prize game.
By participating in the prize game, the participants agree and consent that, in the event of becoming winners, the organizer will publish their first name and last name on the LinkedIn page https://www.linkedin.com/company/blast-tehnik

The winner can decline to receive the prize. If the winner declines to accept the prize, it is considered that they do not want to receive the prizes, and the organizer is released from all obligations according to the rules of this prize game. At the same time, the organizer gains the right to dispose of the prize for any other purpose. The prizes cannot be exchanged or paid in cash. The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.

Organizer’s Responsibilities

The organizer does not assume any responsibility for:

• the non-functioning of the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik and the consequences of non-functioning,
• regardless of the reasons for non-functioning, – the non-functioning of the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik, which is a result of the outage of network partners, electricity outage, or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service,
• any consequences that the participants may suffer due to participation in the prize draw, any consequences when using the prizes.

Income Tax Payment

The value of the prizes does not represent earned income (tax base) according to Article 108 of the Income Tax Act.

Protection of Personal Data

The organizer will carefully protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 94/2007-UPB1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom) (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 13/2007-UPB1, 110/2009) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By participating in the prize game, the participant expressly allows the organizer to obtain and further process their personal data from the LinkedIn network, which they have provided in their LinkedIn profile, their first name, and last name or username.

By participating in the prize game, the participant allows the organizer to keep the provided personal data until the end of the prize game for the purpose of publishing the list of winners and awarding the prizes.

The organizer undertakes not to disclose personal data of the winners to third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the prize game or required by applicable regulations. During the management of personal data, individuals have the possibility of access, transcript, copy, supplement, correction, blocking, and erasure of personal data in the database, in accordance with applicable regulations. Participants in the prize game can withdraw their participation in the prize game at any time during the duration of the prize game, and their personal data will be deleted from the database.

To terminate participation in the prize game, they must submit a request via a private message to the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik. As the data controller of personal data (first name and last name or username) obtained from participants, the organizer will use them exclusively for the following purposes: the execution of the prize game in all aspects, informing the winners about the draw results and prize awarding (applies only to winners), and publishing the winners’ names on the organizer’s website and LinkedIn page (applies only to winners).

Final Provisions

By participating in the prize game, it is considered that the participants agree to these rules. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules if technical or commercial reasons or reasons on the public side require it. The organizer will inform the participants about all changes and novelties in the prize game through posts on the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik. Complaints and claims regarding the prize game can be sent by participants via a private message to the LinkedIn page Blast Tehnik. In the event of disputes arising from the prize game, the competent court is the substantive jurisdiction court in Novo mesto.
