At Blast Tehnik, we use six technologies to treat surfaces in the pharmaceutical, automotive, food, chemical, aerospace and electrical industries. Sandblasting
Select industry type:

Abrasive sandblasting :

Non-abrasive sandblasting :
- sandblasting is performed with quality control according to ISO 9001
- removal of surface impurities, paints or protective coatings
- sandblasting with non-abrasive media such as baking soda, plastic sandblasting media such as UREA and melamine to remove paint or impurities without changing the surface structure
- various paints, zinc or impurities can be cleaned from the surfaces
Abrasive sandblasting :
- Sandblasting is performed according to the ISO 9001 quality control standard
- remove paint, burns and other stubborn impurities from the surfaces
- optimal for surface preparation for Teflonization, wet and powder coating, metallization

Non-abrasive sandblasting :
- removal of protective coatings, paints and other surface impurities
- sandblasting with non-abrasive media such as baking soda, plastic sandblasting media (UREA or melamine) to remove paint or impurities without changing the surface roughness structure
- sandblasting is performed with quality control according to ISO 9001
- various paints, zinc or impurities can be cleaned from the surfaces
Paint removal – dry sandblasting :
- removes paint without damaging the surface of the material due to the hardness of the blasting medium 2.5 – 3.5 MOHS
- on parts that have been micro-forged, remove the paint without reducing the effect of micro-forging
- environmentally friendly method – recycled plastic
- without the use of chemicals to dissolve the paint
Dry or wet blasting with glass beads :
- sandblasting without deformations on workpieces
- it also deeply cleans uneven surfaces and holes
- eliminates the need for manual polishing
Advantages :

Dry ice cleaning

- it is a dry process without the use of water
- we clean the most sensitive components of process equipment
