Rehabilitation of printing ink tanks

The cleaning of 8 tanks (16m3) took place in four steps.

First, the tanks were mechanically cleaned of waste paint. The tanks were then degreased.

Sandblasting was performed in Sa2.5 quality. We applied a special ceramic paint with airless technology (520bar) to the sanded surface.

The paint is resistant to 10,000 hours of salt bath, 1000 cycles of temperature shock test from 180 ° C to 0 ° C, to acids and alkaline compounds (pH 4-11). It is also suitable for contact with drinking water.

Interior before renovation. Renovated tank interior.
