Blast Tehnik offers six different surface treament technologies for the pharmaceutical, automotive, food, chemical, aerospace and electrical industries. We meet the highest requirements for surface treatment of large or small batches. At our premises, or in the field.
Sandblasting
Select your industry:

Abrasive blasting:

Non-abrasive blasting:
- blasting is performed under ISO 9001 quality control
- removal of surface contaminants, paint or protective coatings
- blasting using non-abrasive media such as sodium bicarbonate or plastic blasting media such as urea and melamine to remove paint or contaminants without affecting the surface structure
- various paints, zinc or contaminants can be removed from the surfaces
Abrasive blasting:

- we remove paint, burns and other stubborn contaminants from the surfaces

Paint removal – dry shot blasting:
- paint is removed without damaging the surface of the material due to the hardness of the blasting medium 2.5 – 3.5 MOHS
- paint is removed from shot-peened parts without removing the effect of treatment
- an environmentally friendly method, using recycled plastic
- no chemicals are necessary to dissolve the paint
- blasting does not deform the workpieces
- in-depth cleaning effect on uneven surfaces and inside holes
- manual polishing is not necessary
Advantages:
