Blast machine for the deburring of plastic products
The flash/burr that appears on the products during the injection moulding process is undesired both visually and due to technical reasons. The burr is removed completely under a jet of dedicated non-abrasive polycarbonate blast medium, and the product itself remains intact.
The machine features an integrated ANTI-STATIC SYSTEM, which effectively removes the static charge from the product and blast medium, thereby preventsing the medium from sticking to the product.
The machine is designed to allow the jet of blast medium to reach all surfaces and holes even on geometrically complex products. The parts are exposed to controlled tumbling in a linear drum. The system is special in that the parts are not touching or striking one another.
The machine is designed for fully automatic and autonomous operation 24/7 with a daily volume capacity of 2 m³ (approx 10,000 parts).
