The fire completely damaged the tablet-making device in the pharmaceutical industry. Cleaning and renovating the device represented a significantly lower cost compared to replacement.
Although it seemed that the device could not be re-trained after the fire, we at Blast Tehnik proved that this is possible.
We cleaned the exterior of the device with dry ice. After the disassembly, we also cleaned the entire interior. After replacing the electronic components, which were completely destroyed by the fire, we reassembled the device and immediately trained it to continue the production process.
With the rehabilitation itself, we saved the client the cost of investing in a new device and reduced the downtime that would otherwise occur due to non-operation of the device.
